Joanne Deazley, P.T. |
Joanne graduated from the University of Idaho in 1966 with a B.S. degree. She completed her physical therapy certificate upon graduation from the U.S. Army Physical Therapy program in San Antonio, Texas in 1967.
While in the military, Joanne worked as a physical therapist for traumatic war injuries. Other areas in which she has worked include: home healthcare, skilled nursing care, inpatient hospital rehab, outpatient orthopedics, and disabled children in a local school district. Through ongoing education, she developed special interests in orthopedics, neurology and biofeedback.
Joanne joined the Orthopedic & TMJ Physical Therapy Center in 1991, where she has developed exceptional skills in orthopedic, manual therapies, TMJ, and women's health.
Joanne is a member of:
American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
Oregon Physical Therapy Association (OPTA)
OB/GYN Section of APTA
Advanced course work in Lymph Drainage, Craniosacral therapy, and TMJ iontophoresis treatments have added to Joanne's broad base of knowledge and skills as a therapist. She continues to draw upon her 30+ years of experiences with each new patient.
